Lightweight small shoulder bag made of nylon material. It is a cylindrical boxer-type bag that can be worn slung over the shoulder or hand-held, making it a multi-purpose bag. The rounded form of the bag, with quilted cotton sandwiched between the bottom and pockets, is somewhat like a float floating on the surface of the water, hence the name "float.

The main compartment has a drawstring closure and can be closed with a stopper attached to the string. The cover has a logo print.

There is a zippered pocket on the outside of the body.
